She specializes in the design and delivery of learning experiences to adult professionals in various fields of expertise to solve and deconstruct some of today’s biggest organizational challenges. She has created and institutionalized innovative and relevant programs and experiences which amplified the corporate learning culture, heightened employee engagement and developed team leaders to be the catalyst for innovation and growth. Carolina brings with her years of collective experience and a proven track record of success from IBM (IT Industry), Baker and McKenzie (Legal Industry), Talent2 (Human Resource Consulting), Zuellig Pharma Asia Pacific (Pharmaceutical) and most recently, Voyager Innovations a digital innovation company. She received a special educational certification from Pennsylvania State University in Strategic HR Transformation and Organizational Development as well as the Global NTL Institute program (National Training Laboratories Institute for Applied Behavioral Science) in Mumbai. Her undergraduate degree is in AB Communications from De La Salle University- Dasmariñas. She is also a certified DDI (Development Dimensions International) Facilitator and Six Sigma Yellow Belt with practical training on the most commonly used Six Sigma and Lean tools.
