Strategic Planning Manager - Coca-Cola FEMSA
Lek joined Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines’ Human Resources team in April 2016 as PMO Area Manager to lead several culture transformation initiatives. In January 2017, he was appointed as Organizational Effectiveness & Compensation Manager responsible for working with senior leadership in aligning strategic imperatives into organizational models and structures. Recently, he was asked to lead business and operational planning as Strategic Planning Manager.
Prior to Coca-Cola FEMSA, he spent 3.5 years as Consultant in Aon Hewitt’s Singapore and Kuala Lumpur offices, specializing in executive compensation and governance and working with Temasek-linked and Kazanah-owned enterprises. After Aon Hewitt, he joined Hay Group where he stayed for more than 4 years leading and supporting the executive compensation and rewards practices in Jakarta and Singapore.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, major in Legal Management degree from the John Gokongwei School of Management of the Ateneo de Manila University, and consequently finished his Master of Business Administration as an ASEAN Scholar at the National University of Singapore.
